Our Vision
To build an inclusive society rooted in mutual cooperation, where individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities are recognized, respected, and supported to grow into valued members of the community.
We envision a world where every person, regardless of ability, can lead a life of dignity, safety, and purpose — participating fully and equally in a diverse and vibrant society.
Mission
To create and sustain inclusive environments in suburban and rural areas where children and adults with special needs can access quality education, therapy, vocational training, social engagement, and family support.
Through consistent professional intervention and deep community involvement, we aim to empower individuals with disabilities and their families to live fuller, more connected lives.
Values
- Inclusion: We believe every person belongs — regardless of ability or background.
- Community Participation: Families, professionals, and local volunteers are co-creators of our journey.
- Respect & Dignity: Every individual deserves to be treated with compassion and recognition of their strengths.
- Collaboration: We thrive through partnerships with grassroots organizations and professional networks.

Our Story
CSS was born in 2012 when local parents couldn’t find support for their children. From a few children in a shared space, we’ve grown into a collective of families, volunteers, and professionals. Together we challenge exclusion and create a world where everyone belongs.
